specializes in QuickBooks Online(QBO) and may be able to help you with
your bookkeeping requirements and save you cost of a full time
bookkeeper as long as your business is located in the United States. We
believe that with proper training and monthly or quarterly monitoring by
a CPA and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, most small businesses can
internalize most of the day to day accounting tasks and save a
substantial portion of their bookkeeping costs.

- Reconcile your online bank account to QBO monthly
- Reconcile your credit card account to QBO monthly
- Provide you with monthly compiled financials
- Prepare all adjusting entries
- QBO training and ongoing support,including use of all QBO
reports
- Set up accounting systems
- Design a chart of accounts and connect QBO to your bank and
credit card company
- Review the quarterly Federal and State payroll forms
Annual Services
These are the annual services that we can provide, if you don't have
an accountant:
- Tax planning
- Prepare your business tax returns
- Prepare and issue form 1099's to independent contractors

income taxation. The firm was founded in 1987. The firm's
professionals, consisting of two CPA's, have experience in many areas
of accounting and tax typically found in larger firms. The firm

accounting and financial services. We are both Miami CPA's, each having
over 30 years of experience. We perform the work ourselves, and do not
